Welcome
You might be someone who shows up, figures things out, and keeps going—even when you’re exhausted. From the outside, things may look fine. Inside, you may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself.
I offer telehealth therapy for adults in California, including clients based in Los Angeles, who are navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, caregiving stress, and major life transitions.
Therapy with me is a place to slow down, get curious, and feel supported. My work is grounded in the belief that softness and strength can exist together. We can honor what helped you survive while making room for relief, clarity, and deeper connection.
You deserve support in doing the best you can with what you’ve got.
About me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing online therapy to adults across California. I approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity rather than judgment, with an emphasis on emotional safety, connection, and self-understanding.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Together, we work to better understand your inner world, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels sustainable.
Outside the therapy room, I cook, knit, read, and garden as a way to self-soothe. I rewatch Gilmore Girls and Girlfriends on repeat. I try to stay soft, build strength, and find the funniest meme.
Who I Work With
I work with adults in California who are:
Burned out or emotionally exhausted
High-functioning but struggling internally
Caregivers, helpers, or “the strong one”
First-generation professionals
Navigating stress, identity shifts, or life transitions
My Approach
My approach to therapy is soft, strong, and human.
Soft: compassionate, paced, and emotionally attuned
Strong: respectful of your resilience and capacity for change
Human: collaborative, grounded, and responsive to your lived experience
Using IFS-informed therapy and EFIT-informed therapy, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface with clarity and care. You don’t need perfect language or a clear plan—we start where you are.
